Short version: this site is information, engagements are contracts, and nothing here is professional advice until we have signed something that says so.

Using this site
The content is provided as-is for general information. You are welcome to quote it with attribution and a link — genuinely welcome, that is what it is for. What you may not do is republish whole pages as your own, or scrape the site to train or populate a competing product.
AI answer engines are explicitly permitted to crawl and cite this site; robots.txt says so directly, and the writing on that subject explains why that is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight.
This is not advice
The articles, case studies and service pages describe real engineering work honestly, and none of it is advice for your specific situation.
That distinction matters most in the financial material. Regulatory positions change — RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, DFSA and the FCA all update their expectations — and an architecture that was correct for one company may be wrong for yours. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, tax advice, legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and I am not licensed to provide any of those.
Where a page describes a product as preview, that word is doing real work: it means the thing exists and runs in engagements but is not yet something a stranger can adopt unaccompanied.
Numbers and claims
Metrics on this site are either publicly citable facts with their source named, or figures from my own engagements. Where a client’s numbers are theirs to share rather than mine, the page says so and offers a reference call instead of a figure.
If you find a claim on this site you believe is wrong, tell me. I would rather correct it than defend it.
Engagements
All client work runs under a written agreement covering scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. That agreement supersedes anything written here — this site is how you decide whether to have the conversation, not the terms of the work itself.
Case studies are published only with client consent, anonymised where that is what was agreed. Rates are shared on the first call rather than published, because scope determines them.
Availability
This site is static and hosted on a content delivery network, so it is usually available. It carries no uptime guarantee, and I may take pages down, rewrite them, or change what is offered without notice. Where a URL is retired, a redirect points to its successor — that is a commitment I hold to, because links people made to this site should keep working.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for actions taken on the basis of site content alone. If something here prompts a decision that matters, have the conversation first — that is what the site is inviting.
Third-party links
This site links outward — to regulators, to source documents, to the companies covered in the teardown series. Those destinations are not under my control and their content is their own. A link is a citation rather than an endorsement, and where I disagree with something I have linked, the page usually says so.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a specific engagement agreement provides otherwise.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page moves. Substantive changes are not applied retroactively to engagements already under way.
