Tell me what’s broken — mismatched numbers, a system that’s outgrown itself, an idea that needs building. I read every message myself and reply within one working day, IST.
What happens next?
I reply with one of three things: (a) three sharp questions, (b) a call link, or (c) an honest “you don’t need me — do this instead.” The first call is thirty minutes, free, and useful even if we never work together — I’ll tell you whether your problem is a two-week fix, a real rebuild, or somebody else’s specialty entirely. Seedhi baat over sales pitch, always; there’s no sales team here to disappoint.
If we proceed, the next artefact is written scope with a fixed quote — never an hourly meter running open. And if we don’t, you keep the thirty minutes of judgment free of charge; enough first calls end with a reading list instead of a proposal that I’ve stopped counting.
Reaching me directly
Email — iamlakshyaforever@gmail.com — for the longer version; the more specifically you describe the problem, the sharper the first reply. LinkedIn if you want to check the fourteen-company teardown series first and arrive with opinions; that’s the interview happening in the right order. WhatsApp — +91 85339 81853 — for the quick “is this even your kind of problem?” message — mafi mushkila if it isn’t; I’ll say so fast and point you somewhere useful.
Where I am
India (IST), working with clients across India, the UAE and the UK — the UAE working day overlaps mine almost entirely, and the UK until early evening. Timezone has never been the hard part of an engagement; unclear requirements have, and we fix those on the first call.
What to include
Whatever you have: the symptom (“month-end mein difference aata hai”), the stack, the deadline pressure, the budget reality. Half-formed is fine — shaping the problem is the first deliverable, and describing it in your own words tells me more than a requirements document usually does.
How your details are handled is written plainly at /privacy, and the terms covering this site are at /terms.
The worst outcome of messaging me is a free second opinion. Chalo, likho — the services explain what I do, the work proves it, and this page is where it starts.
